Special Sunday with Marilyn, Former Zwingli Musician!

On Sunday, August 23, we were honored to have Marilyn come out of retirement and play for our service! She was delighted to have some family attend. From left to right are Dan (and daughters Natalie, Noelle, Ivy and wife Jackie), and Mary. We were delighted to welcome Marilyn's family (and hear memories from Dan and Mary about growing up at Zwingli). Thank you Marilyn for sharing your musical gifts with us!

Our Outdoor Worship / Rural Life / Ice Cream Social Service on August 16, 2026 was deeply meaningful as we shared stories of the blessings of farm and small town life with each other.

With many of Norwegian heritage at Zwingli we enjoyed doing this Norwegian Viking Row Chant as the illustration that led us into the June 28, 2026 message on Matthew 25 about Jesus' call to the nations to live INTERdependently, 'rowing together' to care for those who suffer in our world. As we celebrate 250 years of independence in 2026, we also hear Jesus' call in Matthew 25 to inter-dependence, to creating a 'more perfect union', and to being a blessing for all peoples and the earth. May our nation live into that spirit Jesus and other great religious traditions teach of 'rowing together' for Love, Peace, and Justice.
